Most people enjoy a good, therapeutic massage. Whether your needs are focused on relief from muscular pains or to improve circulation, heal sporting injuries or simply relieve stress, a massage treatment is a popular and health promoting treatment.

Suzette Harper is a highly experienced remedial masseur  and with over 20 years experience  has developed her own style that incorporates a wide range of techniques including Shiatsu, breathwork, myo-fascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish and Remedial massage, lymphatic drainage and reflexology.

Her techniques are tailored to best suit each individual and to assist in correcting and restoring the body to a pain- free state of well being. Massage is offered in half hour, one hour or one and a half hour appointment duration.

Alleviate your pain

As an adjunct to chiropractic, deep tissue therapy and remedial massage are available to alleviate tight, sore muscles and promote relaxation and stress reduction. We offer a wide range of body work therapies ranging from traditional remedial massage, trigger point work, reflexology, pregnancy massage through to lymphatic drainage and relaxing swedish massage.
